Price

€1,490, one-off creation price, VAT not applicable (French tax code, article 293 B). Domain name and hosting are included for 12 months; after that, €45 per month to keep the website online and up to date, or you take over hosting in your name.

With an AI receptionist that answers your guests on WhatsApp, day and night, in their language: Complete Pack at €1,990, then €79 per month, cancellable with 30 days' notice. The receptionist introduces itself as an AI in its first message.

Does the website replace Airbnb and Booking.com?

It works alongside them. Platforms bring new guests; your website welcomes returning guests and those who find you on Google. Calendars stay synced. For last-minute bookings, you confirm yourself.

Does the Guadeloupe chèque TIC grant apply?

No. The chèque TIC is a grant from the Guadeloupe Region, for businesses based in Guadeloupe only.
